SYNCHRO Construction is a portfolio of integrated applications from field to office for digital construction management. They enable construction firms to improve the use of project data to optimize decision-making resources. SYNCHRO helps entities from small specialty contractors to large construction firms capture, access and analyze data in project context including simple task registries, map views, plan set views, dashboards and/or 4D model views.

The entry level SYNCHRO Field mobile application lets users:

• Collaborate and share project data in real-time
• Complete standard construction forms and update with PDF mark-up
• Eliminate redundant data entry by uploading data and syncing
• Access real-time, project data with weather and location information
• Assign urgent tasks to team members direct from the job site

The middle tier SYNCHRO Control provides all the functionality of SYNCHRO Field, and also is used to manage construction documents, tasks, contracts, budgets, and change orders.

SYNCHRO Perform includes analytics to track project performance, progress, and resources. And SYNCHRO 4D includes the capabilities of all of these applications as well as ProjectWise Validate, and the ability to manage construction projects with 4D scheduling and simulation, model-based TQO, and construction modeling.
