BU is great to support top talent leaders, transitioning roles within leadership, or external hires sr leaders for assimilation.

- Admin dashboard - easy to trigger units, views, etc.

- For current clients there is pressure to scale. Fact is coaching is not for everyone, which is the premise.
- Some coach availability is limited.
- Frequent change with CSMs, AEs, etc.
- Coached leaders are more correlated to career progression
- Term rate of coached vs. non coached is statistically insignificant
- ROI can be tough if you are not in it for the long haul (3+ years)
Similar, it comes down to trust and participants declaring "great coaching"
