Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Bilflo for our backend invoice, payroll, and revenue tracking. We use it internally and for our clients, payrollees, and contractors.

Pros

  • It has a great tool for calculating temp to hire rates.
  • It is simple and easy to use.
  • It stores large amounts of data, and access to the data is easy.
  • It has great dashboards.

Cons

  • Sometimes, depending on the query, it can take a bit of time to parse the database and return a result.

  • It has allowed our business to grow in a structured way over the 5+ years I've been with the company.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Bilflo is easy to use, straightforward and allows me to keep track of everything that should be on my to-do list. The metrics tracker is my personal favorite feature since it allows me to easily view what I've been tracking in terms of calls, connections, and pre-screens. The GP features appear to be excellent; they make keeping track of invoices and payments simple, and they allow me to observe how processes function.

  • Run real-time analytics and dig down to the level of detail you want.
  • Every report includes service offers so you can quickly examine individual or combination statistics.

Cons

  • Releases are irregular and often contain bugs.
  • It takes time to integrate for the first time.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I personally found Bilflo is easy to navigate, intuitive, and easy to keep track of everything that should be on my list. My personal favorite tool is the metrics tracker, making it easy to see what i have been track of calls, connects and pre-screens. The GP tools seem to be great, it makes keeping track of bills, and payments very easy and it allows me to see how the workflows.

  • Bilflo gives me access to achieving my goals. It is very user-friendly system.
  • The GP calculator is very helpful.
  • This system allows for many different time-keeping and pay-structure.

  • I have used it for my personal growth as far as my concern I can tell bilflo has everything that I would need for that.
  • The interface is very user-friendly.
