Complete Set of Transactions

BillMax records all transactions by userid for a complete billing history on a customer. Each type of transaction and its reversal allow for mistakes to be corrected easily and history to be preserved. Included are sales, credits, deposits, payments, refunds, and write-offs.

Multi-line Taxing

Taxing and fees are displayed on a customer’s bill based on service location and product delivered. Multiple tax items and/or fees are easy to setup and charge to your customer.

What is BillMax?
The iSpark Group, Inc., was founded in November 1994 as FastLane Communications, and changed its name after selling the Internet service provider portion of the business to FirstWorld Communications, Inc. The sale of the ISP division allowed iSpark to focus attention on BillMax software development and its complete network consulting division. The iSpark Group developed BillMax in 1997 based on their own needs and experience. BillMax automates billing, provisioning and customer relation management.
