Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We recommend it to all our clients. It's an effective and cost-effective security layer that helps both device security and cloud security. Support is great. We love having them help keep an eye on our clients. Not many years ago, this kind of access to SOC was only available to Fortune 500 companies.

Pros

Office 365 and Google workspace security ang login monitoring.
End point monitoring.
Live experienced SOC oversight of issues reported.
Fast, helpful customer focused support.

Cons

The new compass one interface takes some adjustment but that's a me problem.
Ability to push to Macs and PCs using RMM could be improved. Works, but the Macs especially need help.

Return on Investment

We make a little revenue but the best advantage is the 24x7 monitoring.
It checks a valuable MDR box.
