BoWatt's AI automatically extracts information from customer documents (PDF, MS Word, MS Excel). Its algorithm understands document structure and formatting, and it can translate text into different languages if needed. The AI can then automatically assigns individual requirements to the correct internal departments, and send requirements to the necessary departments.

BoWatt allows multiple users to read, comment and edit a document simultaneously, working in parallel with a single source of truth. AI-suggestions predict potential deviations based on similar requirement from previous projects. The AI system continuously collects knowledge about any engineering standards and limitations.

The AI can also be accessed through a chat interface at any time, for on the spot knowledge retrieval. The user asks questions and can search for information across all documents across projects.

BoWatt’s solutions are hosted on Microsoft Azure servers (ISO 27001 certified) and can be deployed in a region of choice. BoWatt states that they process all data in full compliance with GDPR and DSGVO requirements. They back up their data, and personal data in transit is secured with TLS encryption. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256, an enterprise-grade standard.
