Brainner is a 24/7 resume screening software that helps organizations save time on initial screening tasks while hiring talent. Brainner users do not need to manually open and review each resume.
Brainner's AI analyzes and extracts key criteria for each role. Users can add, modify, or delete criteria, and classify criteria as either mandatory or preferred. As candidates apply, the AI analyzes their profiles against the criteria, in real-time. The user can then navigate a list of candidates ranked by their alignment with the role, complete with justifications for each criterion and a detailed report for each candidate.
