Brasstacks is a team and customer training LMS that uses micro learning to deliver 5-minute training lessons to employees' phones. This training method is customizable, trackable, and scalable. From onboarding and upskilling to customer and compliance training, Brasstacks offers a library of curated courses.

The idea for Brasstacks began during the pandemic-- when any of the typical training methods were physically impossible. Brasstack's founder, Tee, found a way to connect with her team despite the restrictions brought about by COVID19-- by sending training lessons through text messages. The vendor states that micro learning is a much more effective at knowledge retention and has a higher completion rate.
