Brazos

Brazos is a mobile citation solution for public safety and municipal courts. Part of Tyler Technologies solutions for the public sector, Brazos is used for capturing, processing, and transmitting data into public safety and court systems. Instead of hand writing citations and re-entering data into court or public safety records management systems, patrol officers enter citation information with Brazos on a laptop, tablet, or handheld cellular device. A form-based application can be deployed in a matter of hours as Brazos auto-fills offenders' information from driver’s license, VIN number, or registration sticker, and interfaces with public safety records management and court case management systems. Brazos also provides statistical and mapping reports about the citation. Brazos is often used in conjunction with Odyssey, a Tyler courts and justice solution for legal case management, as it provides citation information immediately available to court users statewide once the electronic citation is brought to created .
