Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This application is very effective for short-term companies. It is one of the best CRM applications for PR managers, Designers, and Accountants.

Pros

Breeze is a CRM (customer relationship management) application for freelancers and businesses and It also has a unique feature to track the activity of the projects.
It can track the project when it’s starting to its ending point. It is also used to track the time for the projects. Mostly, this application is used for freelancers and project managers. It is a database application that is very easy to use.
Breeze is very easy to use and it can also handle the management for big projects. It is a web-based application available for all devices like mobile phones (androids, iPhones, and IPad), desktops, MAC, and Windows, etc. it can help you to add or remove people from the database groups.

Cons

Breeze has some disadvantages.
It does not give access to the users to download the reports of the projects in PDF forms or any other format.
The chart function of this application is not applicable to detect the curvy paths in the project completion.

Likelihood to Recommend

It provides the best project management. We had used this application for a short term project and it gives complete info and management for the project.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Breeze CHMS was adopted by my church around two years ago to replace CCB (Church Community Builder). Our previous management system was far too convoluted. Breeze, while being powerful, made it far more straightforward to track our congregation member's information, increase involvement, and improve on prompt communication. The ability to schedule volunteers and text members are also beneficial.

Detailed reports for attendance, returned members etc
Volunteer scheduling

Cons

Lacks the ability to customize some "vital" data, such as family relationship.
I'd like to see more customization in "child check-in" ticket prints.

Likelihood to Recommend

Breeze is fantastic for small to medium-sized churches who are looking to increase communication and engagement. A larger church, possibly multi-site, or those with complex needs may need to find an alternative like CCB. For most, however, Breeze strikes a fantastic balance of having lots of control, functionality, and power without being convoluted.
