Gigabyte will soon come out with its own mini PC - the Gigabyte BRIX. Based on the Intel's Next Unit of Computing (NUC) reference design, the BRIX is aimed at users looking at a small form factor PC for basic use-case scenarios. Apart from basic home usage, Gigabyte is also targeting this devices for use in digital signages and other business related uses. The model we got to see was a barebones model, which does not come with any storage or RAM memory. You can add in your own mSATA based memory. The device comes with two USB 3.0 ports, an HDMI port, a mini-DisplayPort, LAN port and so on. Gigabyte BRIX will come with the1007U Intel Celeron, Core i3-3227U, Core i5-3337U, and Core i7-3537U configurations which will be priced accordingly. The Indian prices are not yet out.
