Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use Broadcom Clarity to manage the project portfolio and schedule each project, I don't use it for a task assignment nor cost tracking .
Pros
- The switch between portfolio and project view is OK.
- The end user customization of their views is good enough.
Cons
- Product backlog versus Sprint backlog
- Agile and Kanban boards visual customization.
- Sprint support.
- Gantt scheduler is not flexible enough, and comparison with Microsoft Project is inevitable.
- Sorting and grouping has limitations that other software don't.
Return on Investment
- Positive: It allowed to have a single source truth regarding projects.
