What is BT Cloud Phone?
BT Cloud Phone is a plug’n’play hosted VoIP phone system designed for the small business that wants all the features of a system without the fuss of running one. It only works with BT Business broadband or fibre.
It’s cloud-based so if the user moves premises phone numbers can move with the user.
There’s no physical hardware to install, maintain, or upgrade. All upgrades are automatic. And making changes to hosted VoIP-system and adding users is managed with the online portal.
Features of the system can be used wherever there is an internet connection, to support a mobile office.
