Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using this great tool for Applicant Tracking System all across our organization. This product caters to our needs very effectively and smoothly. This platform also supports mobile functionality due to which the reach of this product is too high. Altogether, the product offers high performance with zero to minimal errors, and I am highly satisfied with its quality. I really like the user interface of this solution because it gels up so perfectly with the entire product. The performance of this product is also very stable and good due to which I always have a good experience so do my team members.

Pros

  • The reporting system of this product is straightforward and clear due to which there is no confusion at any point.
  • The user interface of this product is also very user-friendly and intuitive due to which there is no room for confusion or hassle involved.
  • All of the records related to clients and candidates are stored at a single place.
  • The email templates that the product offers have made our life so easy and hassle-free because we can just choose our desired template and work on it rather than designing a template of our own.
  • I believe that the customer support of Adapt is very professional and they have been delivering outstanding performance for a long time.

Cons

  • There should be an improvement in a way that facilitates our clients who we deal with on a remote level.
  • I felt that the licensing cost is a little too high which should be a little lowered to increase the accessibility.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would highly recommend this software to other businesses because it is a great tool especially for simplifying all of the hiring processes and at the same time giving consultancies regarding recruitment. It is also very appropriate for companies that are providing staffing services. Hence, this is a great fit for companies and after doing personal research this tool should definitely be tried and implemented. This product delivers high performance and quality to its users. In spite of so much competition, this product is offering its services competitively and that is what I really appreciate about it.

It was used as a database CRM where we housed and tracked customer and candidate information. It was our database for all contact information, activity tracking and sales opportunities.

  • Record Keeping
  • Activity generating
  • Reporting

Cons

  • Slower
  • missing key integration factors
  • ability to customize report views

Likelihood to Recommend

It's very well-suited for record keeping and database management. The direct integration with social media platforms such as LinkedIn is great. However, I wouldn't recommend it for primary use of information due to lack of speed and customized reporting.

Overall it is professional staffing software that provides high performance for users.</li></ul>

  • Client, candidate and contact records stored in one place
  • Good performance and clear UI produce high level of vision on profiles
  • Reporting systems is clear and generate handy reports for all levels

Cons

  • Cost of license a bit high which is compensated by the top level of support from AdaptUX team
  • The database is growing too fast; better optimization always welcome.
  • Lot's of room to improve mobile client.
