One of the best features is that it provides my customers the fastest services while operating on mobile my content loads very fast.
Not only I manage the CDN but also it provides me image optimization leading to fast loading of the websites.
By using this tool I have got rid of the cloud storage data and its transfer thus I have saved the costs as well due to its custom fit cache solutions.
Cons
This is quite expensive tool.
Since this is a technical tool, there is a steep learning curve.

Pros
Support has always been a positive experience
When doing initial cdn shopping it was nice to talk to a person to understand how pricing and structure worked compared to others where you just had to use a calculator.
Cons
Maybe being a bit more proactive about new technologies made available. Granted I don't think I'm on a mailing list, but I didn't know anything about the image optimization technology until my web developer asked about it.
