CareerPlug has provided us an increased volume of qualified candidates to interview. Our success rate of hiring qualified candidates has increased greatly. The ability of candidates to schedule interviews electronically after they have been screened by our Directors has saved our management staff a tremendous amount of time. The overall cost is extremely competitive to other recruiting platforms we had previously used.

We use CareerPlug for Hiring process. It helps to onboard multiple batches in no time. It saves time and increases efficiency. Before that it was a whole lengthy process which takes alot of time. but now its really easy and effective.

CareerPlug: An easy to use Applicant Tracking System and overall great value!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are utilizing CareerPlug as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for our franchisees. We encourage the use of CareerPlug for all franchisees in the attraction, hiring, and recruitment of their employees. The system addresses the need for posting jobs on multiple top job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, etc.) while allowing our franchisees to seamlessly review and manage their applicants through the hiring and interview process. It also provides a great deal of reporting and insight to help create recruitment strategies for our owners across both the United States and in Canada. Our franchise owners also enjoy the onboarding features available in CareerPlug where they can send their new hires paperwork to complete virtually.

We use CareerPlug for inputting and tracking applicants. We also use it for candidates to apply to BeMobile and our open positions. We also use CareerPlug for a portion of our hiring and onboarding process as it integrates with ADP.

  • being able to track and pull reporting when applicants are unresponsive

Likelihood to Recommend

CareerPlug is great for startups and companies where people may be newer to conducting interviews and the hiring process. It is not great for some of the reporting we want or to hold our Leaders accountable to their own schedule.
