It offers features such as automated reminders for unpaid invoices, escalation of message tone based on payment duration, dispute management with tracking, counter offers for settlement, settlement discounts, tracking of messages and actions, identification and replacement of incorrect contact information, and the ability to offer full, partial, or payment plans for overdue accounts.

Additionally, Carol Collect allows for unlimited uploads of overdue invoices, with the capability to chase up to 100 invoices at a time. The software also offers managed disputes at a cost of 99 cents each for all plans, assisting in the resolution of disputes related to unpaid accounts.
