Pros

- Good user portal for account holders
- Easy to process claims/make payments with HSA
Cons
- The employer portal is not user friendly
- The employer portal is not distinct from the healthcare portal so it's super confusing
- The employer portal has very few options of what you can do
Return on Investment
- Allows for almost 0 administration commitment after setup
- Makes employee participation very easy
