Churnspotter from relatively new (2013) French big data / machine learning company PredicSis is a customer success management platform for SaaS companies and sellers of mobile apps wanting to retain customer interest and maintain subscriptions. By integrating data from Mixpanel, Stripe, and other data sources, Churnspotter searches for "churn signals" (that is, it scores user health or engagement level) and alerts the user to the presence of at risk customers needing a spot.

Churnspotter can be tried for free for 30 days, after which published pricing starts at $199 monthly for monitoring of up to 1,000 active users; $399 per month is the price for monitoring up to 10,000 active users and extended support help. Predicsis also tailors plans to suit the needs of both large Enterprises and very small startups, whose needs may be other than what's assumed for SMB type users.
