We deal with a lot of technical details from our clients. We manage R&D claims and we collect data that has to be very secure; there are tonnes of propriety technology in the files that we keep. We sign NDAs and also have a legal obligation to keep our systems secure. If so we could lose our clients, reputation, and over all everything.

Great for large enterprises. I would not use it for a small business [in my opinion].
