ClearEvent pricing is based on the number of events an organization needs to manage concurrently, rather than per-user or per-attendee fees. All plans are billed annually and include full access to core features, unlimited event managers, and unlimited attendees. Online payment processing fees apply only when collecting paid registrations or tickets and are charged per transaction. No fees apply for free registrations or offline payments. Pricing is transparent and designed to be predictable, with no required add-ons for standard event management functionality. ClearEvent offers industry-specific discounts for non-profits and first responders. Organizations with higher event volumes or specialized requirements can discuss custom or volume-based options directly with the ClearEvent team.
