Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The CMMS software is Mobile-focused which helped me to effectively assign, monitor, and execute all maintenance activities of my workers from anywhere and anytime making my task easier. Earlier it was a time-consuming task, and due to double data entry it was difficult for employees to sort out tasks, now I can easily see who is assigned for what and who is doing what.

Their reminder feature extremely helps me to manage my task even if I forget to know the update. Which is why I am always updated and never missing a task. Overall the use of this from smartphone has made it easier for me manage my team even if I am on the go.

CloudApper CMMS is being used by both the maintenance team but can be accessed by regular employees too. Maintenance teams use it for organizing and updating maintenance tasks whereas regular employees use it to request work orders or to report malfunctioning equipment. The solution, just as the name suggests, helps with our organization's maintenance management efforts, helping keep the equipment run more reliably, last longer, and without causing safety issues.

  • Technicians can be assigned easily and everything can be tracked using the dashboard.
  • We can just scan the barcode on the equipment and all the work history comes up.

Our employees were able to work more efficiently as a result of the solution, and our management had real-time access to asset status and maintenance plans. It was very simple to schedule maintenance and manage inventory through CloudApper CMMS.

We found CloudApper CMMS as a user-friendly application which comes in four separate modules: work order management, preventive maintenance, asset management, and inventory management. We were also able to do inspection through CloudApper CMMS. Reporting tools and dashboards offered complete visibility into our assets’ status, service lives, maintenance, etc. which is very important for our organization.
