CloudQuell

CloudQuell is a cost management platform built for teams whose spend no longer sits in one place. It ingests AWS billing data daily through a scoped read-only cross-account IAM role, and connects OpenAI, Anthropic, and Snowflake. It supports cost centers, allocation rules, tags, and multi-account cost views so spend can be attributed to the team or product that caused it.
