CloudQuell

CloudQuell is a cost management platform built for teams whose spend no longer sits in one place. It ingests AWS billing data daily through a scoped read-only cross-account IAM role, and connects OpenAI, Anthropic, and Snowflake. It supports cost centers, allocation rules, tags, and multi-account cost views so spend can be attributed to the team or product that caused it. Anomaly detection, budgets, alert delivery, and ranked savings recommendations help teams identify cost issues and optimization opportunities. Every tier includes a weekly accrued-cost recap email.

CloudQuell does not modify workloads. It also provides a hosted MCP server so AI agents can query cost data directly. The platform is designed for platform and infrastructure teams that manage cloud spend, as well as data and AI platform teams whose Snowflake or LLM usage is a dedicated budget line. Pricing is a flat monthly fee rather than a percentage of cloud spend, with a permanent free tier for organizations tracking under $10K/month, a Starter plan for organizations under $50K/month, and a Growth plan for organizations tracking $50K–$200K/month. SOC 2 Type I compliance is currently in progress and targeted for Q4 2026.
