Collectent.ai

Collectent.ai is an invoice-scanning platform designed for debt collection agencies and law firms in Belgium and the Netherlands.

According to the vendor, interviews with more than 100 debt collection professionals identified manual case creation as a recurring workflow issue. Each new invoice can require staff to enter the debtor’s name, invoice number, amount, and due date into a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collectent.ai automates this data-entry process.

Users can scan or upload invoices from a mobile or desktop device. The platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) to extract relevant invoice data and create a case in an existing CRM. The vendor states that processing takes less than 30 seconds and does not require replacing the CRM.

The vendor reports 94.2% extraction accuracy. Collectent.ai supports mobile use, hosts data in Belgium, and is described by the vendor as compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). A free tier is available without requiring a credit card.

Collectent.ai was developed by Developer Bazaar Technologies in partnership with La-On Lawyers Belgium, which the companies state has 26 years of debt-recovery experience.
