Colossyan

I use Colossyan to create training videos that will be mandatory for all the employees in my organization across the globe. It has helped us optimize costs we otherwise would have spent on professional grade production, lighting, actors/models, recording equipment, editing staff, etc. It creates hyper realistic humanoid avatars for a fraction of the cost.

I would absolutely recommend Colossyan to anybody trying to create professional training videos with minimal effort, time and budget. This is a boon for instructional designers around the world at all levels of expertise.

We use Colossyan daily to create training videos across our organization, primarily for product and system updates training. As products and systems are constantly evolving, Colossyan allows us to rapidly develop new videos and edit pre-existing ones in a timely manner.

We also create a lot of PowerPoint presentations, so Colossyan is able to quickly import and convert slides into a video format. Because of this, we are able to quickly provide learners with different delivery methods of the same content. In addition, we like to include check-ins throughout the videos to assess whether learners are understanding the material. This is a great reinforcer for learners, as well as a great way for us to pinpoint which concepts require more attention.

Colossyan is a great tool if you work frequently in PowerPoint since you can import slide decks. It also is great if you are looking to have video narration of your own voice, but don't have the time to record and narrate an entire video script and not having professional equipment to record. Colossyan will record a quick snippet of your voice and apply that to all scripts which saves a lot of time.

Colossyan is less appropriate for scenarios where you want a lot of detail in your videos. Colossyan is pretty basic in what it can do such as animations. For example, if you have an arrow enter in a scene and then want it to exit, it has to be that exact animation again.

Colossyan is well suited since we work within the maritime industry to introduce our clients to the world of educational training that is both dynamic and cutting edge. We leverage AI driven scripts based on raw source material from their health and safety plans and give them valuable insight that they can make their own and leverage as their training environment.

Colossyan enables us to create product videos in any language very quickly, based on a couple of templates that we created. Our product, csm, sales teams will now be able to create and share custom videos for our customers with simplicity and very quickly. Colossyan is a great product that I recommend.
