Two tools cover both scales: Carton Fit packs retail products into cartons and crates and returns exact units-per-box and boxes-needed in seconds; ContainerMath arranges dispatch lists into balanced, high-density container plans and the exact number of containers needed.

It supports 40+ vessel types across sea, road, rail, and custom. An extreme-point bin-packing engine fits mixed box sizes, orientations and stacking rules into the tightest legal arrangement, with pipe nesting and crate/trolley packing. Paste a dispatch list, packing list or Excel sheet — or enter items by hand — and AI manifest import reads sizes, weights and quantities in seconds. Every plan ships an interactive 3D view and a 2D cross-section, plus weight-distribution and centre-of-gravity analysis. Handles any cargo type and stores reusable cargo profiles and presets for repeat jobs.
