Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Creativity 365 has allowed me and my few membered team, streamline our workflow with creative apps for document management, information organization, idea generation & multimedia editing. It even helps with cross-device digital content creation tools for mobile devices and desktop work, Creativity 365 boosts businesses productivity, collaboration, and creative potential by how easy everything integrates

Pros

Different platforms integrations
collaboration through teams, messaging, doc share
Easy to use very simple for streamlining

Cons

For some reason it requires you download sticker packs each time even if you already downloaded them
Editing the images also could use a little tweaking
The support takes a little while, but they've been pretty fast in responding questions

Likelihood to Recommend

The fact we can add in a lot of different apps to use for editing, sharing or comparing it works well, I wish a lot of the apps we need to use to create content was already added to the app, but everything it offers encompasses exactly what we need to be efficient though, you just have to download each app

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I think in the content creation, it has certainly upped our game when it comes to integrating animation into our little video clips. I think the biggest challenge we had in that field was making everything feel unique. It can get repetitive to make content, and when it gets repetitve, it gets boring. I think Creativity 365 has made us better at what we do

Likelihood to Recommend

I think in a world where I have to churn out videos and other content for my business, I think that Creativity 365 really allows us in the office to be on the same page when it comes to getting stuff done. These days, especially with a lot of remote work, a collaborative effort can still feel like an individual one, but the coolest thing is that this software makes it feel less and less like that.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am using different digital tools for different video editing projects and thanks to Creativity 365, which I discovered about a year ago I've been able to work more efficiently. I think my customers are happier now because I'm able to provide better content. For example, I made a presentation video recently for an English tutor who is teaching remotely, and the only apps I used were Noteledge, Animation Desk, and Write-on Video. I created an animation clip and a few interactive notes, combined them with the video itself, and added annotations. And as soon as my customer started using this video on his web-page, the number of requests for his service almost doubled. Besides, he recommended me to some of his friends and I've already been contacted by a few people.

Pros

When used together, these apps are good for small projects like interactive slideshows, video presentations, and social media videos.
Noteledge itself is great for any kind of notes - not just to-do-lists or digital diary entries, but for sketches, interactive mind maps, or inspirational mood boards.
Animation Desk is very useful tool for those who want to learn hand-drawn animation, and for illustrators who keep working on the go, or just want to practice their drawing skills.
Write-on Video is a practical tool that can be especially helpful when you don't have time for extensive video editing. You can add titles, comments, animated stickers, insert jpegs, and audio tracks and share your video on a social media platform in a matter of minutes.

Cons

Since it's a content creation toolset, it would be great if there was a photo editing tool.

Likelihood to Recommend

The platform is well suited for different situations depending on who is using it and with what purpose. It can definitely be used by freelancers for business-related projects, by illustrators and designers for brainstorming sessions and sketches, by students for studying, and by educators for teaching and research. But I think these apps aren't suitable for large-scale projects like editing a feature film or creating an animated feature film.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We primarily use this tool as a PDF Scanner app to read technical documents and for designing and video editing purposes. This software has allowed me to optimize my work, the scanning and saving functions are excellent, and allow me to securely and professionally share my files. It's ideal for taking notes and adding and removing stickers and photos although I wish it had a more extensive sticker collection. The video editing tool is intuitive and easy to use and allows us to customize and mix videos with photos. The phone app is also very handy.

Pros

The apps are super easy to use.
Creativity 365 software pack encompasses a wide range of functionalities, overlapping between each other to offer a complete toolset.
It is great for capturing and highlighting important website contents with PDF Markup.
Write-On Video is very helpful to spice up my videos and mash photos and videos together to create new content.

Cons

It may be cost prohibitive for only one tool, so look for the monthly cost for the entire suite to save money.
A more expanded sticker library is needed.
The video editor could use updating and an expanded feature set to be more on par with PDF reader.

Likelihood to Recommend

Since sending documents digitally is now the norm, this tool suite makes it possible to professionally scan and save needed files. It not only saves space because the PDF storage space is smaller, but it also offers a secure and professional way of sharing files among clients and colleagues all over the world.
