I use XiO to manage 145 devices that we have on our network around the world. I manage our AM-200, AM-300, AM-3200, AM-3200-WF, and Mercury devices. XiO allows me to see what devices are off-line so I can troubleshoot for issues before the customer discovers a problem. I can manage different group settings by their locations. And I can schedule recurring nightly reboots and firmware updates when it is convenient for me.

I like the capability of setting up background images for brand promotion or employee information

I would like the option to choose IP addresses as one of the viewable columns when looking at/sorting through all your available devices.
It would be nice to be able to link the IP address listed directly to their devices.
Sometime trying to reboot a device in XiO does not work for me and I need to go directly to the device's admin page.
