Crexi CAN be good but..
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Crexi was originally used on my team as a research tool to find the owners of multifamily properties in my area. It was good for a while, until I began to realize that most of the data was either antiquated or completely wrong. Don't get me wrong, the lead generation from putting up commercial listings is great, but the back end support of Crexi is nothing to be desired.
