I ran an independent COBRA TPA where we switched 150 clients over from the legacy system. I was involved in the build, migration, and training for the new clients. We spent 6 weeks with an implementation specialist to create an environment for COBRA, FSA, HSA, and other benefit programs.
We also were a user as a client so I have experience using from an employee experience to manage my FSA and HRA.

The user interface for the most part was heads and shoulders above the legacy system. It was difficult to work between two systems, but we made it work. My clients took to it pretty easily as I recorded a user experience and also utilized the manual from DataPath. I do feel like the material provided was too generic and costly. I took the user guides and added current screenshots and instructions as the guides we purchased were outdated.
