What is DCImanager?

DCImanager enables users to automate data center infrastructure management by reducing IT management costs.
The platform is designed to eliminate the need to use multiple third-party software to manage these tasks. All features are available from a single platform.

Server configuration and management. DCImanager automates standard day-to-day operations:
  • installs the OS and necessary software on the server,
  • manages the server via IPMI in public and private networks,
  • connects server ports to the switch and PDU
Managing network equipment. DCImanager supports devices by popular vendors and reduces administrative errors. The platform helps manage network equipment: connect devices to ports, change settings (port speed and mode) etc.

Statistics and alerts. DCImanager collects and displays statistics on CPU, RAM, while power consumption information is available via IPMI interface.
The platform analyzes data and reports possible problems to the monitoring board within the panel or by email.

Managing VLAN. DCImanager enables users to configure switch VLAN settings from the interface.

Equipment inventory keeping. Users can quickly identify in which data center, rack and even unit a particular server is mounted, the parameters and status of the server, how many switch units and ports are free etc

Managing several data centers. DCImanager provides the locations feature to logically divide the infrastructure into data centers or rooms.
