Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use DocHub for getting electronic signatures on my business contracts. I also use it to create documents with fields for electronic signatures and date, stamps. Another way, I utilize the platform is it to fill out fields and documents electronically rather than printing them out and filling it out by hand.

Pros

  • Easy to create fields in documents for electronic signatures
  • Easy to create fields and documents for electronic date stamps

Cons

  • Sometimes it is not easy for a recipient of an electronic signature through DocHub to recognize that it is a legitimate request
  • I would like DocHub to improve email deliverability to recipients and somehow better indicate that it is a legitimate and not fraudulent email
  • I would like to see DocHub add colors available when editing documents

Return on Investment

  • I think it is great that DocHub has one set annual price, rather than a monthly subscription fee
  • Also, the pricing on DocHub is much more reasonable and more affordable than any other electronic document signature platform I have seen
  • DocHub has provided a great platform for me to request an obtain electronic signatures on all of my business contracts

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

For creating or annotating PDF documents, DocHub is my go-to option, and I have never found anything that comes close. I love it for its ease of use, simple formatting and editing, along with affordability. I have been a long-time DocHub user and plan to be for many years to come. Most importantly, it provides tremendous value and saves me a significant amount of time.

  • Creating and or customizing PDF Documents.
  • Web based application that is secure and easy to access.
  • Affordability offering tremendous value.
  • Ease of Use.

Cons

  • Issues in the past of formatting, however, that appears to be resolved.
  • Template options can be annoying to navigate because fill-in areas may be covered by system info.
  • Search option has had issues finding previous documents.

Return on Investment

  • Saved me a significant amount of time, hard to quantify, but that alone is worth thousands of dollars.
  • I have become so reliant on it that when it goes through issues, which is rare, it can be frustrating to get them resolved.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use DocHub for our counseling office documents that need to be signed by clients. These documents need to be reviewed, signed, and dated. It also helps that you can choose multiple people to sign a document and whether or not they sign at the same time or one at a time. You can also track whether or not the documents were delivered or read. When the document is signed, all parties automatically get a finalized copy. It is extremely helpful for our small business.

  • Voiding old documents and sending new ones

Cons

  • Lengthening the amount of text allowed in an email or signature.
  • Allowing one click instead of two click selections.
  • Uploading templates can be difficult and confusing to re-use.

  • Not expensive and easy to use.
  • Easy to track customers and whether they have viewed a document.
  • Ensure that all parties received the document.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use DocHub multiple times a day, every day, to edit PDFs, draft agreements, redact important information, compile multiple pages into a PDF, remove pages from PDFs, and much more! Because I work on a big, high-producing real estate team in New York City, DocHub makes our tasks much simpler with its user-friendly, accurate features!

Pros

  • Functions are easy to use.
  • Tools work well.
  • There are multiple fonts.

Cons

  • It would be nice to set a default font. Often, I have to manually change the font in each piece of text because it automatically reverts to the last font used.
  • A "redact multiple" option to redact all SSNs, for example.

Return on Investment

  • Saved time on getting contracts created and sent.
  • Increased the level of professionalism on documents.
