Intelligent Insights uses AI to find and analyze clauses within agreements. It indexes agreements across the enterprise, including multiple DocuSign eSignature accounts, internal systems, and external storage. Advanced search and extraction policies identify clauses that need review. Users can build side-by-side comparisons to quickly pinpoint risk, and drill down on inconsistencies and opportunities. Intelligent Insights is powered by Seal Software, acquired by DocuSign February 2020 to expand the capabilities of the company's Agreement Cloud, with Seal's contract analytics.
