Upper Pine Gospel Chapel uses Donarius Church Management Software to track donations and issue receipts for income tax purposes. We are able to ensure donations are accurate because we can compare the Bookkeeping software entries with the Donarius Church Management Software entries. This solves the problem of inaccurate receipts. We are a small congregation and the Donarius Church Management Software is affordable.

Cons

Remove the reminder that donations are normally entered on Sunday. With e-transfer or PADs, the donations are no longer restricted to Sunday
Reports could be a bit easier to create

We use Donarius Church Management Software to record church offerings. This program is extremely easy to use. It will record how the donation was given, (cash, cheque, credit card) and it gives CRA acceptable receipts at year end. Any problem solving or issues with the program are dealt with immediately by Donarius. The product is inexpensive and well worth the purchase to record and track money given.
