Dubly.AI is an AI Translation platform for localizing recorded video into other languages. Users upload a video, select target languages, and receive translated audio, subtitles, and a lip-synchronized video output. The platform can generate translated speech using a clone of the original speaker’s voice or a replacement voice.

Its lip-synchronization system adjusts visible mouth movements to the translated audio. Dubly.AI supports videos up to 4K and is intended to handle footage with changing camera angles, multiple speakers, close-ups, and partial face occlusion.

Translation controls include a glossary, do-not-translate lists, custom translations for individual terms, pronunciation controls, tone and formality settings, and per-segment editing. These tools help teams keep product names, technical terminology, and approved wording consistent across translated versions.

Dubly.AI supports more than 100 source languages and more than 40 target languages and dialects. It also includes team roles, external-reviewer access, projects and folders, share links, API access, and exports for video, audio, and subtitles.

The vendor states that videos are hosted in Germany and are not used to train its models. It also provides a data-processing agreement and describes its platform as supporting GDPR and EU AI Act requirements. Dubly.AI offers a free trial and uses a credit-based pricing model based on translated video minutes.
