This e-learning deals with the basics of aeronautical production. The focus is on the aviation legislation according to EASA Part 21/G. First of all, the focus is on the basics of Part 21, the application for production organization approval and the cooperation with the design organization. 

Then fundamentals of the Production Management System (PMS) are explained. This includes quality and safety management as well as the infrastructure and the work environment.

This is followed by production planning and production execution, including the specific requirements for subcontracting. In the following this e-learning describes the requirements for personnel qualification and documentation. Finally, the course focuses on the role of the authority in day-to-day operations and, finally, on the rights and obligations in the context of an approval.

At the end of the training, 20 questions from a pool of questions must be answered with at least 75% correctness in a final test. The e-learning has a duration of 135 min.

This E-Learning is setting its focus on the basics of Maintenance in the Aviation Industry based on Aviation Legislation according to EASA Part 145. First, the Basics of EASA Aviation Legislation in general and Part 145 in particular are explained. Following a chapter on the application for a Maintenance Organisation Approval, the Management System is explained in detail. A particular focus is set on the Safety Management System (SMS) with all its related topics such as Occurrence Reporting and Safety Communication and Culture.

The following chapter deals with maintenance planning and wok execution, including the particular requirements for Component Maintenance and material handling. Separate modules are dedicated to Aircraft Maintenance (A-Rating). This is followed by requirements for personnel qualification incl. Certifying Staff as well as documentation and record-keeping. At the end, this e-learning takes a look at the role of the authority in day-to-day operations and, finally, in the last chapter at the organisational prviliges and obligations.

The length of this e-learning is approx. 180 min. It ends with a final test of 20 questions, 75% of which must be answered correctly in 25 minutes. The certificate is automatically sent by e-mail after successful completion.

Das E-Learning hat einen Umfang von ca. 150 Minuten. Es endet mit einem Abschlusstest im Umfang von 20 Fragen, die zu 75 % in 25 min korrekt beantwortet werden müssen. Das Zertifikat wird dem Teilnehmer nach erfolgreichem Abschluss zusammen mit einem Handout automatisch per Mail übermittelt.
