Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use EasyDMARC to manage the SPF, DMARC and DKIM policies for our emails. This ensures that we are able to secure our emails by preventing spoofing of the domain which means our emails are trusted by recipients and other servers. Delivering emails using EasyDMARC to manage these security features makes it simple and maintains the reputation of the business.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using EasyDMARC for various purposes in Wayground -
1. For monitoring the health of our Email Domains
2. To keep a check on our policies and certificates like DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and BIMI
3. To check and diagnose the failure and threats through the failure report option, and also check DMARC tool whenever an alert email is sent to us if the delivery rates are low or failure rates are higher.

Pros

  • The simplicity of showing the complex data into a very easy and visual way which helps us to understand the overall health of our IPs in a glance.
  • Failure reports breakdown and alerts setup functions are great features to have and help us to not be blindsided and always help us to act at right time rather then inspecting manually everytime.
  • Other than managing the certificates and ease of updating the policy like DMARC from NONE, to QUARANTINE to REJECT was super easy and took no time for me to understand it how to do it on the tool being a firs-timer but the FREE TOOLBOX feature to check the certifications for any domain and this feature is free unlike other tools in the industry.
  • Last but not the least I want to give a callout to the support team - EXCEPTIONAL! -- Always proactive and collaborative and in some use-cases they even guided me outside of their provided work just to help me. Great support team. Thanks!

Cons

  • I feel to learn the tool properly if you are a first timer is a bit difficult and if tutorial videos can be provided for each feature with definitions and use cases it would be very helpful
  • I feel there is no chrome extension provided - i always have to keep a tab open to check the health , a chrome extension can solve this easily
  • An API for pulling aggregate data to my own reporting like BRAZE ESP would save me a lot of manual work

  • As our company mostly depends on EMAIL marketing, EasyDMARC helped us to make sure that we keep sending emails -
  • As a sender doing a lot of volume to Gmail, EasyDMARC got us from monitoring to enforcement in a few weeks right after our rebrand, with no delivery problems.
  • Support team helped us to get the required certificates and health checkup periodically saved us a lot of consultant fees for us which could have come in thousands.
  • we run 2 domains and 7 sub domains and through this dashboard we were able to identify the exact sub-domain issue instead of a generic "domain" issue.
  • A spike in DMARC failures looked like a real problem, but when we check the aggregate reports int he tool, it was just forwarding , so we skipped changing DNS and save a week for us.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

EasyDMARC is a critical piece of Technology for our business, but more importantly for our clients, that helps us improve our email deliverability and keeps an eye on our emails staying compliant.
The management of DMARC, DKIM, SPF, BIMI, all in one central location helps us managed our domains under one pane of glass.

Pros

  • Improve Email Deliverability.
  • Flattens the SPF limit, which is 10 today on standard DNS Servers
  • As an MSP, it puts all our tenants DMRAC/DKIM/SPF Management under one central pane of glass.

Cons

  • It would be nice to have a small video for each Service within the Service Window, so we're not going through trial and error process.
  • It would be nice to have a 'Checklist' or a Wizard so we can easily go through the motions.
  • It would be a huge upsell if there was a Support Phone number on the website.

Return on Investment

  • EasyDMARC has improved Email Deliverability tremendously.
  • Completely unblocked email delivery of 2 of our smaller clients who were dealing with @gmail and @hotmail accounts exclusively.
  • EasyDMARC has reduced our anxiety not knowing why clients' emails are being quarantined to finally being able to know the cause and fix it.

We use it for DMARC management. For us, his allows us to manage all of our clients DMARC policy in one spot. We have used another tool previously that was a lot more complex, much less user intuitive and their support team was horrible. With EasyDMARC, the portal is very intuitive, very easy to setup. Any issues that arise, I was able to create a ticket and receive a response, with a solution within hours.

Our company was in need of DMARC management tool. We were having numerous issues with email spoofing, which was a risk to our company.
