Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use the VitalSuite and Winflex Web platforms by EbixEnterprise, mainly. We have may agents across the country that rely on us to provide them with projections and insurance quotes. EbixEnterprise has the tools to accurately quote multiple carriers at once for an easy comparison. Within Winflex, we can do more advanced case design. Both quoting platforms wihtin EbixEnterprise allow electronic submission of application direclty to the respective carriers.
Pros

Cons
- Winflex web times out too quickly and requires a new login and new data entry
- calculations can sometimes take too long causing winflex to shut down
Likelihood to Recommend
quoting multiple carriers with real-time pricing updates is crucial in our business and it is the only platform we are aware of that is succesful in this area. Application submission directly from a quote is very convenient. We rely heavily on the quoting platforms within EbixEnterprise for our business and without it would have to login to each carrier individually causing major delays.
