**Text-to-speech**: According to the vendor, eCall Business Messaging can convert SMS messages into voice messages and deliver them to mobile phones and landline phones. This can be done directly from the eCall account or through an interface (API). The text-to-speech function is said to be supported worldwide, with the ability to confirm receipt.

**Four areas of application**: The vendor suggests that eCall Business Messaging can be used for various purposes, such as delivering access codes, activation PINs, and mTANs. It can also be used for sending urgent messages related to staff scheduling and coordination, alerting technicians about critical malfunctions or measured values, and assisting people with visual impairments by calling and reading the message to them.
