Empello

Empello is a provider of Anti-Fraud services for Carrier Billing and Value Added Services. The software boasts users among mobile operators and providers across four continents, with the goal of delivering comprehensive protection against fraudulent transactions.

Empello's fraud protection suite includes the following applications:

• FraudScan - Provides comprehensive detection of fraudulent advertising campaigns, delivered by a combination of in-depth analyst research and automated monitoring tools.
• FraudStop - Protects millions of users from invisible payment fraud. This service protects against in-app malware, bot traffic, iframe masking, MSISDN injection, backdoor fraud, fraudulent or non-human traffic.
• CertifEYE - Records the user interaction on the payment page in video format to provide a comprehensive and easy to understand view of the consumer experience and user interaction on the payment page.
• SecureAccess - Provides an additional layer of protection against activation fraud in the Direct Carrier Billing flow.
  

Alongside the FraudScan programme, Empello offers a Service Approval and Testing programme to both Mobile Operators and Aggregators. Merchants submit any new services to Empello for compliance assessment prior to launch as mandated by the Mobile Operator or Aggregator and receive compliance advice in line with the agreed guidelines to ensure that all services are fully compliant from the day of launch.

Additionally, Empello can offer bespoke development services to create a suite of online systems for Mobile Operators in the VAS sector.
