eSuite® is a platform designed to help educators at all levels grow and master their craft through competency-based instructional coaching support. Included are four integrated apps intentionally designed to function as a learning system to facilitate, document, and report on results: eGroweCoach®, mySmartCoach©, impactConsole©, and ePLC.

eSuite provides its partners with resources that aim to ensure coaches and coachees have real-time access to engagement data and results to plan and execute effective professional learning. The learning platform and applications are designed specifically for educators and staff at all levels to grow and master their craft. eSuite serves as a repository for resources, a location for collaboration, and a transparent, intentional system to document and badge all growth interactions providing leaders 24/7 access to data to track both the effort and impact of coaching and growth. e2L can upload the user's own standards into the platform to be used during coaching conversations and demonstrate growth tied directly to the standards.
