Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This software is one of the tools that has simplified our work in a surprising way, because its functions for drawing and exporting to cad programs, allows us to create designs from the same platform, saving us a lot of time and increasing performance.

Pros

  • It allows in the same software to make the calculation of prices of our products and all a price management, which allows us to have in the system all the characteristics of the products, with their prices for the public.
  • It has the facility to create customized and automated budgets. In a few minutes, you can create budgets ready to send to customers, with their prices, product image and special features; in pdf format.
  • I like the way the program organizes all the projects, so it is easy to find them and the fact that it integrates with so many applications such as Outlook, Hubspot crm, Salesforce sales cloud and many more, makes it a very complete software.

Cons

  • You have to have a knowledge base in similar programs, so that the learning curve is not so steep, otherwise it will be a few days or even weeks for the sales and design team to adapt to the software.
  • Drag and drop would be a great feature they could implement to make the processes much easier, especially in doing product configuration.
  • I like that you can view the program on any device, either computer or mobile, but some of the outside sales reps, have had problems logging in from their tablets and phones, due to poor connection. It would be nice if it could also be accessed without internet.

This software is ideal for all companies that want to automate their processes and that all the information of their products, features, design, price and budget, is in a single channel. All our departments are working efficiently and carrying out the projects in a more agile way.
