Estimating Link allows users to create project items, add resource rates like labor and equipment, and scale tasks to amount of hours or days it takes to complete. This software offers time saving features like crew building, rate libraries, subcontractor/material rate comparisons , a fuel calculator, pipe trench calculator, bond calculation table, overhead calculation table, and copy/import features for quick bid creation. Our unique check bid feature warns you of possible human errors, and the program will report potential pitfalls and oversights. It also give you the ability to move revenue sources in order to take advantage of quantity overruns or underruns.

Estimating Link integrates with all major accounting systems, job costing systems, state DOT electronic bidding systems , on-screen take off systems, and project management systems. Multi-user functionality enables multiple estimators to access the same project simultaneously.
