Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ezTalks is an excellent provider of web video conferencing solutions. It is flexible, it allows educators to present to large audiences, share files, make presentations fast and successful, in fact, it has many more options to improve communication.

Pros

High quality video and audio.
Fluid group chat of video / audio / instant messaging.
Screen sharing and annotations.
Whiteboard and collaboration.
Record and play.
Share Powerpoint presentations.
Scheduling function, scheduling also allows the organizer to know who will attend and who will not.

ezTalks includes HD video conferencing and screen sharing, offers free audio conferencing, instant messaging, document sharing, remote application control, and a whiteboard for annotating presentations and images during meetings. It offers cloud-based conferencing services and on-site and in-room video conferencing solutions.It offers live meeting recording, it is also possible to share the video you have recorded. Finally, the feature I like the most is that I can share Powerpoint presentations, which makes meetings more interactive and interesting.

ezTalks makes the virtual meeting a more interactive video conferencing, as it offers high-quality video and audio support with low internet bandwidth, enabling seamless interaction with the team members/board members. It also provides the functionality of recording the session which can also use to recall the discussion and allows us to present our work to the wider audience who are joined virtually. Hence, ezTalks makes the virtual meeting easy and interactive for me.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it to talk to my employees as we frequently have to distance ourselves to prevent transmission. I'm grateful for the whiteboard and screen-sharing features. The HD video quality is great. The fact that attendees invited to a conference do not have to sign in is fantastic. It has several features and is quite user-friendly.

User Friendly.
File-sharing.
Multi-channel interaction.
Screen sharing and recording.

Cons

It's okay to use it professionally. Also, I would like to use Ez with my family members or for some personal work, but it is not that cheap to get.
Designs can be a little better.
Call-Sharing should have been easier.

Earlier I was using skype, but then my colleagues started using it; I found it pretty impressive with all its features which include high video, and audio quality, the ability to share screen or whiteboard and send instant messages. I'm a Team Lead at Cynet Systems and managing a team of 8. EZ Talks made work quite easy to connect to my team members.
