Fastbase

The vendor states that it's straightforward to register and start using Fastbase WebLeads by signing in with a Google analytics account and agreeing for Fastbase to access the analytics data. The first time in the application a short tour begins and points out the main features, while Fastbase retrieves leads from the user's analytics account.

The main menu offers a search of leads and a location filter. The main views available: Stats, New leads, Webleads, Hot leads, Google Ads leads, Show Map.

‘Stats’ provides a snapshot of activity - the most active visitors, segmentation by industry and country. The ‘Map’ option is used to see where web visitors are based world-wide. The options are designed to be self-explanatory.

Website visitor tracking software applications generally either require a code snippet to be added or they use Google Analytics data as the source. Fastbase uses both analytics data and provides a code snippet. This helps ensure quality of data, and that users can look back into 2 years historic data rather than only having data from the moment of registration.

Fastbase WebLeads has a database of company contact data (web address, phone numbers, postal address, email address) alongside the company name. Fastbase further extends their data by identifying potential contacts through LinkedIn profiles and other methods.

Users can create filters on country, certain page etc. and integrate data with a CRM system.
