FeedbackPulse
What is FeedbackPulse?
FeedbackPulse is an employee engagement software platform for growing teams that combines pulse surveys, eNPS tracking, 360 feedback, and performance reviews without enterprise complexity. It is built for organizations of roughly 10 to 500 employees, where engagement programs are usually run by a founder, COO, or People lead rather than a dedicated HR department. Teams typically launch their first anonymous survey in about two minutes, can start on a free plan that covers up to 10 employees, and move to per-employee pricing as they grow. Customer data is hosted in the EU by default and processed under GDPR.
Surveys and eNPS
FeedbackPulse provides ready-made templates for pulse, engagement, onboarding, exit, leadership, and employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) surveys, plus a custom survey builder and automated scheduling for recurring cadences. Surveys measure employee satisfaction and engagement, giving leaders a continuous read on how the team feels instead of a once-a-year snapshot. Anonymous surveys enforce a minimum response threshold (three responses by default) before results are shown, which keeps feedback honest on small teams.
Performance reviews and 360 feedback
Review cycles pair self-assessments with manager reviews side by side, run on a configurable frequency, support saved drafts, and produce printable finalized reviews. Peer and 360 reviews are anonymous by default, use custom rating and text questions, and can attach to a review cycle or run standalone. A built-in recognition feature adds peer-to-peer kudos on a shared team wall.
Analytics, benchmarks, and AI
Trend dashboards track participation, results over time, and eNPS movement by team and department, with dedicated reporting views for managers. For external context, the FeedbackPulse team maintains an open eNPS benchmark dataset of 554 compiled benchmark records (January 2026 snapshot) across 18 industry categories, 7 company-size bands, and 65 countries and regions, published with its full methodology. In that snapshot the global median eNPS is +17, and country medians vary by up to 50 points, which is why the product presents scores in context rather than against a universal rule of thumb. On paid plans, AI Analysis generates survey summaries that condense open-text answers into themes and suggested next steps. An opt-in, admin-controlled Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface also lets AI assistants that support MCP, such as Claude or ChatGPT-compatible clients, query engagement data and take authorized actions.
Integrations, languages, and administration
A Slack integration delivers workspace notifications and reminders, and sign-in supports Google, Microsoft, and Slack accounts. An employee directory with CSV import, role-based access with three roles (Admin, Manager, Employee), and review cycle automation keep administration light. The application is available in eight languages, including English, German, Spanish, French, Japanese, and Chinese, and review reminders arrive in each recipient's preferred language.
Pricing
Pricing is public and self-serve. The Free plan covers up to 10 employees and five combined active or scheduled surveys at no cost, with no expiry. The Pro plan is $5 per employee per month billed monthly, or $4 per employee per month billed annually, and adds performance reviews, 360 feedback, advanced analytics with team and location benchmark comparisons, priority support, and unlimited surveys. An Enterprise tier adds a dedicated account team, vendor security reviews, custom integrations, and SLAs. A free trial of the Pro plan is available.
Security and data
Customer data is hosted in the European Union by default, encrypted in transit and at rest, and covered by encrypted backups. FeedbackPulse acts as a GDPR data processor, provides a data processing agreement, and commits to 72-hour breach notification. Full details are published on the security page.
Who FeedbackPulse is for, and who it is not for
FeedbackPulse fits 10 to 500 employee organizations that want engagement and performance workflows running the same week they sign up: small businesses, growing startups, nonprofits, and remote or hybrid teams. It is deliberately not an HR system of record, so payroll, benefits, and HRIS recordkeeping are out of scope. Organizations with thousands of employees that need matrixed reporting lines, granular regional permissions, or complex governance will find the three-role permission model too simple, and buyers whose procurement requires a multi-week vendor security review before any pilot can start are generally better served by enterprise-first platforms such as Culture Amp, Qualtrics, or Workday.
Who uses FeedbackPulse
Publicly listed customers include Lymphatica Medtech, a Swiss medtech company of about 30 people that moved from Workleap Officevibe; InvestorHub, an Australian fintech running monthly eNPS; and Foundation Technopark Zurich, a Swiss innovation hub. Case studies for each are published on feedbackpulse.com.
