The standard cloud plans include a base number of full users and secure storage. Additional full users and storage can be added at any time, allowing organizations to scale without migrating to a different platform. View-only users are available on qualifying plans to provide supervisors, collaborators, auditors, or executives with read-only access at no additional cost. Academic institutions, universities, nonprofit research organizations, and educational laboratories may qualify for discounted pricing. Enterprise customers can choose a fully managed cloud deployment or deploy FlaskTrack on-premises within their own infrastructure. Self-hosted deployments support organization-specific security, networking, compliance, and data residency requirements. Enterprise plans also include options for custom integrations, single sign-on (SSO), priority support, implementation assistance, validation documentation, and dedicated onboarding. For organizations with unique operational, regulatory, or infrastructure requirements, custom pricing is available.
