Forma
I have a Forma card that I used for the work out facility here at our building and then have enough left over each month to take the family out to eat once or twice. The only issues that I've ever had are that some random places that are considered entertainment are not approved through the forma site.
- Overdraft protection
- User friendly
- Clarification on what places accept Forma
- Not sure if there's an app, but if not, that would be helpful for checking balances
- This incentivizes people to "go play" and have some extra time / funds for family.
I have not used anything similar to Forma in the past.

Forma Life Benefits Platform Review
I'm an individual user of this platform. I find the platform is very easy to navigate and make purchases. My only issue has been trying to remediate a lost package. It took several weeks to resolve. But, all of the products are stellar and the customer service response team has been great.
