This software is my choice to manage all the activities related to the supply chain as It has opened new ways for me to assess the ROI of real-time freight visibility. It is integrated with almost all the TSM, by which I always have the information about the current status of the market thus I know about the business units and operations so that I can devise new plans.
Pros
- I like its feature of MacroPoint that helps me to get the location visibility and provides me detailed analytical solutions.
- Not only in tracking but it has also given me the vision to analyze which will be the best suitable carriers for me that could match our network, thus it increases the efficiency and creates greater margins.
- For me, it is a very useful platform. Its automation programs give easiness in may daily work.
Cons
- I do not have any major complaint against Fourkites.
- It is going well and keeps every single feature I want in its services.
- The price should be revised and should be made more comfortable for the users.
