What is GagePilot?

GagePilot is self-serve calibration management software for internal manufacturing quality teams that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not need a complex laboratory or enterprise QMS rollout. Teams can import an existing CSV or XLSX instrument register with row-level validation and retain the asset IDs, owners, locations, calibration intervals, and due dates they already maintain.

A browser-based calibration queue makes current, due-soon, overdue, and out-of-service instruments easy to identify. Users can record calibration results, attach certificates, view calibration history, configure email reminders, invite coworkers, and export the instrument register to CSV for audits and reviews. Failed calibration results remain visibly out of service so exceptions are not hidden in folders or inboxes.

GagePilot is intended for internal quality, maintenance, and operations teams managing up to 500 measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, torque tools, pressure gages, and test equipment. It is not calibration-laboratory software and does not claim to certify regulatory or standards compliance. The Starter workspace costs $99 per month and includes unlimited invited users, certificate attachments, instrument-register CSV export, configurable email alerts, and email support.
